Spare Part Ordering

BIG toys are popular and therefore often permanently in use. They are regularly subjected to rough treatment, and now and again spare parts are required.

BIG provides a 3-year guarantee on all its toys. Obviously, wearing parts such as wheels and rubber running rings are excluded from this guarantee, as is damage caused by accidents, abuse, deliberate overloading or inappropriate use.

The BIG Spare Parts Service will be happy to assist you further. You can reach us by phone from Monday to Thursday from 8.30 a.m. to 12 noon and from 12.30 p.m. to 4 p.m., and on Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
